Le recomendamos que consulte periódicamente para obtener actualizaciones sobre nuevas oportunidades que puedan surgir.

  1. Industry attendance at NephCure events is available exclusively through sponsorship. Contact with patient, caregiver, and family attendees should be limited to the duration of the event. If a corporate partner would like to hav further contact with a patient, caregiver, or family member, please contact NephCure.
  2. Payment is due upon receipt of a signed agreement, unless a payment structure is established. Once benefits begin, they will continue to December 31, 2026, and will not be carried over to 2027. Neither memberships nor sponsorships may be prorated.
  3. For all listed events, receipt of signed agreement and payment must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the event start date. If payment is not received, sponsorship may be canceled, any agreements will be considered void, and sponsor benefits will not be executed.
  4. NephCure solicits both restricted and unrestricted funds and in-kind services from philanthropic, government, individual donors, and corporations to support its activities. Sponsors are offered recognition for their support, but do not influence NephCure’s priorities or event program content.
  5. Benefits may not be relevant for all sponsors depending on drug development phase. No substitutions or refunds will be given for declined benefits. Each benefit level offers visibility of your company’s brand as a trusted partner of NephCure, which is impactful for companies at all stages of development.
  6. NephCure does NOT advocate for or endorse any corporate entity, product, technology, clinical trial, or specific therapy. NephCure may educate patients on available products, technologies, clinical trials, and therapies without prejudice.
  7. NephCure does NOT solicit funds from companies whose primary function is conducting dialysis.
  8. NephCure partnership opportunities are available to all corporate partners, and we will not honor requests for exclusive or sole sponsorship of any of our projects, events, or initiatives.
  9. Generally, NephCure does not support exclusive industry-led patient registries or other projects that collect and store patient data, even if this data is de-identified and open-sourced.
  10. NephCure does NOT endorse industry-led policy initiatives. NephCure staff may NOT attend meetings or events with elected officials (such as members of Congress) that include industry representatives, unless the meeting or event is open to the public.
  11. NephCure reserves the right to withdraw sponsor benefits without a refund should a sponsor’s actions or conduct negatively impact NephCure’s reputation or standing in the community.
