Ana Josa

Coordinator, Patient Engagement

Ana Josa serves as NephCure’s Patient Engagement Coordinator. She brings a strong background in community health, patient-centered programming, and outreach. In her role, Ana works closely with patients, caregivers, and community partners to foster meaningful connections, enhance engagement, and ensure patients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. Ana is passionate about creating accessible, culturally responsive resources that meet patients where they are.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Houston and is a Certified Community Health Worker. Prior to joining NephCure, Ana worked as a Health Program Coordinator with a local non-profit and as a Community Health Worker with Harris Health, supporting diverse communities through care coordination, health education, and resource navigation.
A Houston native, Ana, grew up in Houston, Texas and currently resides in the city. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, watching movies, and staying active by playing tennis.
