At NephCure we believe that every special occasion is an opportunity to make a difference. Kickstart your fundraising efforts by creating a personalized fundraising page. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or any other milestone, you can choose to ‘Donate Your Day’ and transform your celebration into a powerful tool for change in the battle against rare kidney diseases.
Share your story, set a goal, and invite friends and family to join your cause. It’s simple, effective, and deeply personal.

Whether it’s in lieu of birthday presents or if you’re just looking to raise awareness, it’s fun and easy to create a Facebook or Instagram fundraiser for NephCure!
Facebook doesn’t charge fees for donations to nonprofits, so 100% of donations go to NephCure. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Start A Fundraiser
- Login to Facebook.
- On the left, click Fundraisers. If you don’t see Fundraisers, click See More.
- Click Raise Money, then select Nonprofit.
- In the search bar, type “NephCure.”
- Select NephCure.
- Fill out the fundraiser details on the left, including: Your Fundraiser goal, currency type, when you want to end the fundraiser, the title, and a detailed description that tells your story and gives supporters a reason to donate and a photo.
- You can choose to change the cover photo for your fundraising page or keep NephCure’s.
- Click Create.
- A message will pop up that congratulates you on creating your fundraiser.
- Make sure to invite your friends to donate, share your fundraiser in your News Feed, or donate to the fundraiser yourself.
- Login to Instagram and navigate to your personal profile.
- Click the + icon at the top right of your screen. Click Fundraiser.
- In the search bar, type “NephCure.”
- Select NephCure (@nephcure).
- Fill out the fundraiser details, including: Your Fundraiser goal, a detailed description that tells your story and gives supporters a reason to donate and a photo.
- Click Share Fundraiser.
- Your fundraiser will be added to your bio and shared with your followers in your feed. Instagram fundraisers last for 30 days, and you can edit or end them at any time.
