Kidney Health for All – that is this year’s theme for World Kidney Day. In celebration of this ideal, and recognition of everyone impacted by the many forms of Chronic Kidney Disease – especially our Nephrotic Syndrome and FSGS Community – we’ve collected some posts from around the web to inform and support YOU.
