Lauren Eva

Lauren Eva directs the implementation of NephCure’s strategic vision as Executive Vice President. Since joining NephCure in 2014, she’s been privileged to meet many inspiring patient families, witness a multitude of discoveries in research and advances in clinical care, and see NephCure help usher in a new era of potential new treatments for people impacted by rare, protein-spilling kidney diseases.

Lauren has a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University. She lived in Detroit, Colombia, Chicago, and Philadelphia, serving in various other educational and community-based nonprofit roles, before returning to her hometown in northern Michigan to raise her young daughters. She serves on the board of education of her local public school and co-founded a nature-based Montessori preschool in 2020.
