Cassie Sterling

Community Leader

Cassie, a native to Arizona, lives in Northeast Mesa with her husband and 3 boys. Their youngest son was diagnosed with FSGS in March 2021 at the age 12. Phoenix Children’s Nephrology directed her to NephCure. The information and community she found there was invaluable. It is her hope to help other Arizona patients and patient families navigate their own rare kidney disease journey through advocacy, education, and togetherness. You might also find Cassie coaching high school students on college applications, volunteering her time with various community and school boards, paddling the Salt River, or traveling with her family.
