Marsha Padilla serves as NephCure’s Associate Director of Grassroots Advocacy. She oversees the organization’s grassroots advocacy program by leading the charge in growing the NephCure Action Network, engaging volunteer advocates in grassroots advocacy activities, and working alongside external partners to advance NephCure’s legislative and policy priorities.

Marsha comes to NephCure with more than 20 years of grassroots advocacy experience, including working for trade associations & nonprofits and advocating on behalf of small businesses, seniors, veterans, persons with intellectual and physical disabilities, and at-risk youth and families.

She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Public Administration from George Mason
University.
