Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Bleselumab in Preventing the Recurrence of Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis in de Novo Kidney Transplant Recipients
The purpose of this study is to determine how effective Bleselumab is at preventing FSGS recurrence after transplant compared to the standard of care. Bleselumab is a drug traditionally used to prevent transplant rejection. Patients will undergo a screening period before their transplant date. The study intervention will happen during the kidney transplant procedure, and then participants will follow-up with the study team for 1 year.
