Refund and Returns Policy

No Returns or Refunds

Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our shop. This policy is strictly enforced, as each item made-to-order specifically for you at the time of your order. Due to this, we cannot process returns or refunds at this time.

Order Issues

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, such as a defect, damage, or an error in the product received, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide detailed information about the issue, including photos (mandatory). While all sales are final, we will review your situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or address the issue in a manner that aligns with our commitment to quality.

Important Notes

  • Cancellations: Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Orders are processed everyday at 9am.
  • Quality Assurance: We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards. If you receive a product that does not meet these standards, please contact us immediately.
