A pesar de las grandes esperanzas de remisi\u00f3n, los tratamientos iniciales con esteroides en dosis altas dieron poco \u00e9xito, lo que nos sumi\u00f3 en un mundo de incertidumbre y una investigaci\u00f3n incesante de soluciones alternativas.
