Alonzo Mourning Speaks at Podocyte Conference

photoOn Monday, April 30, The NephCure Foundation is sponsoring the “I Hate FSGS” educational session at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA, from 2-4 p.m.

“I Hate FSGS” is part of the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology’s (ASPN) annual symposium that runs from April 28-May 1.

Teresa wins Celebrity Apprentice task, earns NephCure $60,000

photoThe NephCure Foundation earned $60,000 thanks to Teresa Giudice’s project manager efforts on the April 8 episode of Celebrity Apprentice.

Giudice, a Real Housewives of New Jersey star, served as project manager for Team Unanimous and led her team in creating a 60-second commercial to promote Entertainment.com and its mobile app.

And the Winner of the NephCure NCAA Bracket Madness is…

photoKatie Miller topped the competition in the NephCure Maniacs NCAA Tournament Bracket Pool and will walk away with an iPad for her efforts, as nearly 60 participants helped raise $2500 in the fight against the kidney disease FSGS and Nephrotic Syndrome.
