NephCure Foundation Matching Gifts Program

Many employers sponsor Matching Gifts programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Some even provide matching funds to support volunteer hours and donations made by their retirees. This could double, even triple the amount of your gift!

Below are a Few Simple Steps to Maximize the Impact of Your Donation to NephCure:

  1. Check with your company's Human Resources or Payroll department to see whether it offers a Matching Gifts program.
  2.  Request a Matching form.
  3. Decide how much you wish to donation. Many companies have a minimum and maximum level for individual matches for each employee, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the details.
  4. Complete the form and mail to NephCure at: 15 Waterloo Ave., Berwyn, PA 19312.
  5. If your employer requires an EIN or Federal Tax ID number, please use 38-3569922.
