Yoga Campaign Manager (Berwyn, PA)  

Organization Overview: Fast-paced, growing non-profit seeking experienced yoga enthusiast and business/sales professional to develop and implement exciting new fundraising initiative. The NephCure Foundation is the only organization committed exclusively to support research seeking the cause of the potentially debilitating kidney disease Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and Nephrotic Syndrome, improve treatment and find a cure. Approximately 5000 people are diagnosed yearly with these conditions.

Position Summary:
Manager designs, develops, launches and executes a National Yoga Campaign growing to 500 events over the next several years. The campaign will partner with yoga studios in North America to host fundraising events in local communities to benefit charity. Manager has creative freedom to design efficient and turnkey event template, then engage yoga studios and instructors to implement fundraising events.  Events should be designed to be a win-win for charity, studio and participants.  Ideal candidate is an entrepreneur who excels at managing multiple projects and can communicate effectively with Yoga Studio management and motivate instructors to participate. Manager has opportunity for variety in each day and great potential for growth within the organization.

Development & Management Responsibilities include:
• Develop operational systems to provide and support turnkey events
• Manage program design including marketing and development materials
• Perform outreach to targeted studios
• Pitch and secure National and local-level sponsors
• Manage sales and fundraising operations of 20+ community events in 2013 growing up to 500 events in three years
• Hire, train and manage regional coordinators and volunteers as necessary
• Manage program budget
• Oversee online fundraising

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• 3 to 5 years sales or fundraising experience at the management level
• Excellent writing, analytical and computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to travel and flexibility to work nights/weekends
• Car
• Experience with Blackbaud products or other online fundraising software desirable
