Donate your Phone / MP3

Save the environment & save kidneys! It’s easier than ever to help in the fight against Nephrotic Syndrome and FSGS. Our program aims to collect and RECYCLE cell phones, iPods, iPhones and MP3s that are no longer in use, keep them from harming the environment and raise money for NephCure in the process!

Here is how it works:

• Deactivate your phone service and turn off the phone
• Keep the battery attached to the phone, place tape over terminal ends. Maximum of 3 batteries can be included in the envelope.
• Place your phone(s) in the smallest box or envelope.
• Print your shipping label HERE and tape it to the package.
