Clancy Brothers raise over $12,000 for NephCure
Ryan, Brett and Dylan Clancy raised $12,350 for The NephCure Foundation during their annual fundraiser this January.
The boys, all under the age of 16, raffled off a grand prize of an overnight stay and Broadway show in New York City. Tim and Sue O’Donnell won the prize, which included two tickets to see the musical The Jersey Boys and a stay at the Marriott Marquis.
Other prizes were also given away during the annual party the Clancy’s host at their house in Freehold, NJ.
“The boys do a great job,” said their father Pat. “They deserve all the credit.”
Dylan (12), the youngest of the brothers, suffers from kidney disease. Four years ago, he and his brothers, Ryan (15) and Brett (13), decided to have a fundraiser to help raise money in the fight against FSGS and Nephrotic Syndrome. Their goal was $2,000. However, since then the trio has been able to raise over $50,850.
“This has really taken off and we are so appreciative of everyone’s support of this event,” added Pat Clancy. “To raise over $50,000 is truly remarkable and we couldn’t be more proud of our boys.”
